Kick Tactics Bootcamp provides a great balance between pushing you to your limits (regardless of fitness level) and keeping a workout fun within a group situation.

Every bootcamp session is different, and promotes both cardio and strength work - from circuit training in the morning sun to (occasionally) doing push ups in the rain (not unlike real bootcamp!)

"When I first went to bootcamp in March 2010 I wasn’t expecting it to become such an important part of my week. Getting up early three morning a week isn’t easy but now almost a year later it has become an integral part of my day.

The Kicktactics trainers are really professional and responsive keeping each session interesting. They are always challenging and encouraging me to improve my fitness. I get so much out of each class. Most of all I really like being able to spend the time in the park rather than indoors and there are always nice people in the group.
