Our Outdoor Bootcamps

Fitness assessments will be held each month to allocate recruits in to sections of similar fitness and for them to be able to measure their personal improvements. You will work together as a team and help push each other to new levels of fitness. You will become faster, fitter, stronger and notice positive changes to your body shape. Your metabolism will increase and you will burn fat faster. You will feel vitalized and craving for more!

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am – 7am
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm
Saturday: 8am – 9am

Our Indoor Bootcamps

Our indoor bootcamps use boxing and kick boxing training to help you get fit and lose weight through effective strength, fitness and cardio training techniques. Indoor bootcamps are recommencing Winter 2011.

Investment Into Your Fitness

Make an investment into your fitness with our unlimited bootcamp sessions, just $39.00 per week includes a boot camp t-shirt. No Contract, No Joining Fees

Joint unlimited Boot Camp and Kick Tactics gym memberships $55.00 per week. No Contract, No Joining Fees. (see Kick Tactics Website for gym info.)

All payments are deducted via direct debit, by either credit card or bank account each week plus one month in advance
